Text Message (SMS and MMS) Communications

Foundation Housing sends text messages to prospective and current tenants regarding leasing inquiries, tour scheduling, tenant support, maintenance updates, rent reminders, payment notifications, and property information.

How we obtain consent. We collect your consent to send text messages in one of three ways: (1) verbally during a leasing call, where our team member reads an opt-in disclosure and confirms your agreement; (2) when you text our number directly, initiating the conversation; or (3) at lease signing, where a written consent disclosure is included in your lease agreement. Consent is never a condition of leasing or any other purchase.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your leasing stage and account activity.

To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any text from us. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.
