Peer & Campus Connector

  • Develop and support peer mentorship programs that connect students to one another.

  • Liaise with campus services to keep students aware of academic, wellness, and leadership opportunities.

Resource Wizard

  • Curate and share relevant tools, apps, and success strategies.

  • Be the go-to person for questions, campus navigation, and help solving everyday student challenges.

Support Partner

  • Offer academic and social support throughout the semester.

  • Direct students to appropriate mental health, financial, or academic resources when necessary.

Key Responsibilities: Product Feedback & Insights

Student Voice Translator

  • Collect and synthesize student feedback through surveys, focus groups, informal conversations, and observation.

  • Work with the Head of Product and Student Experience team to identify recurring student needs and pain points.

  • Provide quarterly insight reports to inform interior design, services, amenities, and technology adoption across Foundation properties.

Key Responsibilities: Maintenance & Operations Support

Resident Happiness Guardian

  • Track and help resolve minor maintenance concerns in coordination with the Maintenance Manager.

  • Proactively identify and report on facility-related issues that impact the student experience.

Turnover and Onboarding

  • Help coordinate smooth student onboarding and move-in experiences, including welcome materials, check-ins, and early support.

  • Support lease-end turnover by assisting with move-out communication, coordinating with maintenance for unit readiness, and tracking progress during transition periods.

  • Identify and elevate student experience issues during move-in/turnover to ensure continuous improvement year-over-year.

Environment Curator

  • Contribute to the cleanliness, functionality, and positive atmosphere of shared spaces.

  • Offer student-informed suggestions for upgrades, signage, and amenity improvements.

Key Responsibilities: Leasing Support

Brand Ambassador

  • Greet prospective students and parents warmly and guide them through our application and onboarding process.

  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager to manage leasing logistics with professionalism and efficiency.

Trend Tracker & Communicator

  • Monitor and report on leasing trends, move-in/move-out feedback, and early indicators of resident satisfaction.

  • Help align student-facing messaging and onboarding materials with student needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • A deep passion for supporting and inspiring college students to succeed personally and academically

  • Empathy, humor, and a student-first mindset; you love connecting with people and building relationships

  • Natural event host and community builder who can take initiative and execute with care

  • Highly organized and capable of managing many moving parts with follow-through and focus

  • A team player who can communicate effectively across departments and flex between student support, leasing, and operations

  • Tech-savvy and resourceful—you can learn new tools quickly and always find a better way

  • Comfortable handling tough conversations, managing sensitive issues, and helping students through challenges

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required (Student Affairs, Education, Psychology, Hospitality, or related fields a plus)

  • 1–3 years of experience in student services, residence life, mentorship, events, or a related field

  • Experience with Google Workspace, project management tools, and basic data tools (Airtable, Google Forms, etc.)

  • Bonus points for previous experience in student housing, property operations, or hospitality environments

  • Comfortable working occasional evenings or weekends during key calendar moments (move-ins, events, turnover)
